One other quick thought I had: I kinda want a Kurt Warner jersey to support how awesome he was, and now that he's retired it might be cheaper to get one. But as I think about this, it raises a commonly debated point: Does wearing a jersey support the player or the team more?
I was wearing my Vince Young jersey during the 2008 season when Vince wasn't playing at all, but I was thinking that it supported the Titans more than Vince.
Are jersey's really worth spending money on? I don't know. Maybe I should just thank God for Kurt's example and honor God with my life's actions rather than Kurt, Vince, or any football team.
Choosing to trust God in my life, which is only possible because of His grace.
